I heard Johnny Carson say, late one night, that there is a number (or value) greater than Infinity. It is: Infinity + Shipping & Handling. How true! Don’t let the Shipping & Handling costs on your small dollar order stop you. If you are flexible on the delivery date and live near Ogden, Utah, I may be able to work out a way to reduce your shipping cost. If you are a repeat customer, I’ll work even harder at it. Just be sure to leave a comment on your order, or shoot me an email message of your need.
Shipping and handling (or order processing) costs are calculated for your order at 10% of the product total, plus $4.50 for deliveries within the continental United States. Most items will be shipped to you direct from Tupperware’s (Tupperware U.S., Inc.) order processing center, with the usual delivery time of 9 to 11 business days (about two weeks). Federal holidays can sometimes add a day or two. If your order is intended as a gift to someone living far away, I can have your order delivered to that address instead of yours. Please note that products shipped directly from Tupperware can NOT be gift wrapped. Some product may be shipped directly from my inventory (located in northern Utah) in a shorter timeframe. I will notify you if that option is available, and its cost. Gift wrapping, at extra cost, may be available only for items shipped from my inventory. Let me know, and we’ll figure out that cost. These fees cannot be refunded or credited in any manner (see our return policy below).
Please keep in mind that shipping costs may have increased from your last order because of the increasing cost of fuel. To help keep your costs down, we do not charge sales tax for Internet orders. That can save you nearly 10% in states, with high tax rates, that charge sales tax on both the product price and the shipping and handling fees!

Our Return Policy: We want you to be delighted with every Tupperware® product you purchase and offer the manufacturer’s basic return policy to you. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase of Tupperware® products, you can return the items purchased within 30 days of delivery. To make a return, please contact us, within 20 days of receiving your order, at: returns@yourtupperwarestore.com; or, at 1-801-866-3014 for instructions. Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, less any shipping fees, in the payment method we select.

Product Warranties: We extend the manufacturer’s warranties to give you confidence in the Tupperware® products we offer. All Tupperware® products carry a 30-Day Warranty, Quality Warranty, or a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Tupperware stands behind every product we sell. For over 50 years, Tupperware’s Limited Lifetime Warranty has provided its customers with the knowledge that Tupperware® brand products are the finest products available. Tupperware’s Quality and Tupperware’s 30-Day Warranties provide our customers with the additional assurance that any product we order from Tupperware U.S., Inc. will meet standards for quality and superiority.
30-day Warranty: Products designated with the “G” symbol are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a product you believe to be defective, please contact us, within 20 days of receiving your order, at: returns@yourtupperwarestore.com; or, at 1-801-866-3014 for instructions on getting a free replacement. If actual product replacement cannot be made, due to unavailability, we will credit the purchase price of the product amount toward future purchases of Tupperware® brand products. Warranty replacement parts or items will be subject to shipping and handling charges.
Quality Warranty: Products designated with the “Q” symbol are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a product you believe to be defective, please contact us, within 1 year of receiving your order, at: returns@yourtupperwarestore.com; or, at 1-801-866-3014 for instructions on getting a free replacement. If actual product replacement cannot be made, due to unavailability, we will credit the purchase price of the product amount toward future purchases of Tupperware® brand products. Limited Lifetime Warranty: Tupperware® products are warranted by Tupperware U.S., Inc. and Tupperware Canada, a division of Premiere Products Brands of Canada Ltd. ("Tupperware Canada"), against chipping, cracking, breaking or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product. Please contact us at: returns@yourtupperwarestore.com; or, at 1-801-866-3014 for instructions on getting a free replacement or product adjustment. If actual product replacement cannot be made, due to unavailability, a comparable product replacement will be made, or the product’s purchase price will be credited toward future purchases of Tupperware® products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Warranty replacement parts or items will be subject to shipping and handling charges.
